Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By continuing to use the website https://raymed.ru/en, I hereby give my consent to RAYMED TRADING GROUP PVT Limited Liability Company (OGRN: 1155029011169, INN: 5029204750), registered at the address: 141001, Moscow Region, Mytishchi, 1st Vokzalnaya St., Bldg. 8 (hereinafter — RAYMED TG PVT LLC), for the automated processing of my personal data (cookie files, information about actions I take on the website, information about the devices used for this, information) by performing the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (refreshing, changing), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion, destruction, in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy of RAYMED TG PVT LLC, available at https://v2.raymed.ru /en/policy/, under the following conditions:

• offering and promoting its own products and brand on the market by carrying out marketing communications, including by sending personalized offers and advertising messages, as well as by displaying personalized and/or non-personalized advertising;
• planning, organizing, and conducting marketing, promotional, statistical, and analytical events (including surveys and research);
• analyzing the satisfaction of counterparties and other interested parties;
• carrying out information (communication) interaction with all interested parties, including information support (service), sending information messages, processing and reviewing incoming requests and informational materials of any nature, providing effective support when interested parties encounter various problems or situations, as well as managing the quality and effectiveness of such interaction;
• providing tools for effective communication and organizing business meetings (managing websites, social media communities; organizing forums, conferences, round tables, etc.).
5. This consent to the processing of personal data is valid indefinitely or until it is revoked by the personal data subject by sending a written notice to the Operator.
6. The personal data subject is notified that in the event the personal data subject withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the personal data subject in cases established by Part 2 of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data".
7. Method of withdrawing consent: by sending a corresponding notice to the Operator at the email address info@raymed.ru.
8. I hereby confirm that any action of mine by clicking the "Send" button, placing a "✔" mark in the relevant boxes on the website https://v2.raymed.ru /en constitutes a sufficient form of consent and allows the parties to confirm the fact of obtaining such consent. No additional evidence shall be required to further confirm my free will.
